My Secret Recipe - FRIED BANANAS!

Hi Guys!

BJ Tiger is coming over for dessert tonight so I am making my all time favourite dessert - FRIED BANANAS!

I guarantee that it is so delicious that you will flip. Moley is always asking me to make it.

Here is what you do:

1. Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. You will need, 1 very, very ripe banana (the riper the better), some butter and some thick cream.

2. Peel the banana and slice it long ways.

3. Get the butter melting in a frying pan.

4. Fry the long banana slices until golden.

5. If you have a special date I recommend serving the dessert in a human funny face with creamy white hair (BJ Tiger loves this).

Cherry Tomato Dinner Time!

We got some cherry tomatoes for dinner tonight.

Mitch do you feel like cherry tomato pie, cherry tomato ice cream or roast cherry tomato? I know how to make all of them.

Wiggly Midnight!

Mitch is sleeping so wiggly lately!
Since I'm up I thought I'd make some hot chocolate for a midnight snack.

Midnight Snack

Hi Guys!

Just enjoying some Hokey Pokeys with a glass of milk and a banana for a midnight snack.

Mitch said she knows about the hokey pokeys from when she was tiny in New Zealand, but I am not sure that she does because she made them for Moley once and they were not exactly something to write home about. I used a recipe from Edmonds Cookbook - an old kiwi favourite from my friend Emauha the hedgehog who lives in Auckland and loves to bake.
